We accept payments through Paypal. VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, and your personal checks can be processed using the FREE and secure electronic payment service ~ Paypal. Your shipping address must be listed on your Paypal transaction and is the only address that we will ship to. Payment must be made in US dollars. PRODUCTION When you place an order (custom or patterned piece) with ELAD'S©, your armor order is placed in queue (in line) on our production schedule list. We produce orders in the order that we receive them. We handcraft every piece and do not carry an inventory. Please expect some waiting time for the production of your order. Our lead time varies, so it is difficult to give an exact completion date (or ETA), especially for custom orders. Generally our production schedule is booked from three to five months out depending on the time of year and our work load. If you place a custom order, it will take longer than our patterned pieces shown on this website. Custom orders are designed from the drawing board up. With every piece, we take great care to make sure that it is articulating and comfortable to wear. The functionality of the armor that we create for you is very important to us, as it will be to you while you are wearing it. There are numerous variables in designing and producing your armor, especially for custom orders. We ask that you be patient during this time. Please be assured that we are working diligently on the orders at hand. When you receive your order, you will have in your hands a very fine piece of armor which was handcrafted especially for you. DEADLINES We do not accept deadlines. REFUNDS We do not issue refunds or exchanges. All sales are final because all of our armor is custom made. If you have any questions that are unanswered by these terms, contact us, via email, BEFORE you place your order. UNITED STATES SHIPPING (within the continental US, including APO/FPO) Your shipping will be automatically calculated for you at Paypal when you place your order. Your shipping address must be listed on your Paypal transaction, and is the only address that we will ship to. Buyer prepays item plus shipping. Delivery confirmation is required for all of our shipments. Insurance is at Buyer's request. Once we have shipped your items out, we cannot guarantee and will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We will provide you with any and all tracking information, via email, once your item is shipped. 
CANADA SHIPPING (all provinces) Your shipping will be automatically calculated for you at Paypal when you place your order. Your shipping address must be listed on your Paypal transaction and is the only address that we will ship to. Buyer prepays item plus shipping. Most of the time, we are able to track your package up until it reaches your country's customs, and it is in our experience, that this is where a delay may occur in shipping time. Customs, duties or any other fees are the buyer's responsibility. Once we have shipped your items out, we cannot guarantee and will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We will provide you with any and all tracking information, via email, once your item is shipped. Please make sure that a correct shipping address, customs or special instructions are given to us. Please make sure that you accept your package when delivered. All international orders are checked "Return to Sender", which means they are sent back to us in the event of nondelivery. The buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.

Most of our armor is adjustable to fit M to XXL adult sizes. Sizing alterations can be made. If you are outside this size range contact us, via email, before placing your order, as an additional charge may apply for pattern alterations and materials. We will request the necessary measurements after you place your order to ensure a good fit. Unless otherwise specified by you, we will make your armor for the right side and within our standard size range as stated above. COLORS We offer color and decorative options for customizing your armor. Unless otherwise specified by you, we will make your armor black-on-black. Please note that the items sold here are for costume wearing only. ELAD'S © cannot be liable for any damages or injury that may occur from the use or misuse of any of these items. By purchasing our item(s) you acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not guarantee that our products will pass armor inspections at individual events. If you present us with someone else's image or artwork for custom armor, we can only do our artistic interpretation of that work, loosely based on, but not a replica of the copyrighted work. If you have original images or artwork of your own, we will do our best to meet your exact specifications.
