ELAD'S © Terms of Sale 
We accept payments through Paypal. VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, and your personal checks can be processed using the FREE and secure electronic payment service ~ Paypal. Your shipping address must be listed on your Paypal transaction and is the only address that we will ship to. Payment must be made in US dollars. UNITED STATES SHIPPING (within the continental US, including APO/FPO) Your shipping will be automatically calculated for you at Paypal when you place your order. We use USPS Priority (United States Postal Service) for shipping within the continental US. Delivery confirmation is required for all of our shipments. Insurance is at Buyer's request. Once we have shipped your items out, we cannot guarantee and will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We will provide you with any and all tracking information, via email, once your item is shipped. You can track your shipment online at usps.com. 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (outside the continental US) Your shipping will be automatically calculated for you at Paypal when you place your order. We use USPS Priority International (United States Postal Service) for shipping outside the continental US. We are able to track your package up until it reaches your country's customs, and it is in our experience, that this is where a delay may occur in shipping time. Once we have shipped your items out, we cannot guarantee and will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We will provide you with any and all tracking information, via email, once your item is shipped. Please make sure that a correct shipping address, customs or special instructions are given to us. Customs, duties or any other fees are the buyer's responsibility. 
When you place an order with ELAD'S©, you are placed in que on our production schedule. Orders are produced in the order that they are paid. Depending on the volume of orders that we are processing on our production log, the lead time for orders will vary. It is difficult to give an exact completion date, especially for custom orders, since they are being designed from the drawing board up. With every piece, we also take great care to make sure that it is articulating and comfortable to wear. The functionality of the armor that we create for you is very important to us. There are numerous variables in designing and producing your armor, especially for custom orders. We appreciate your patience during this time. DEADLINES If you have a deadline that you will be needing your item for, you will need to pay a deadline fee of $500.00 USD, regardless of the size of your order. We charge this fee to move your order above other customers who placed and paid for their order before you. This fee also covers the extra time, above our normal production time, that will be required to produce your item(s) in time for your event, and not affect our normal production schedule. REFUNDS All sales are final. We do not issue refunds or exchanges. If you have any questions that are unanswered by these terms, contact us, via email, before you place your order. SIZING Most of our armor is adjustable to fit M to XXL sizes. Sizing alterations can be made. If you are outside this size range contact us, via email, before placing your order, as an additional charge may apply for pattern alterations and materials. We will request the necessary measurements after you place your order. COLORS We offer color options for customizing your armor. Unless otherwise specified by you, we will make your armor black-on-black. Please note that the items sold here are for costume wearing only. ELAD'S © cannot be liable for any damages or injury that may occur from the use or misuse of any of these items. By purchasing our item(s) you acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older. Products from ELAD'S © have been made with LARP specifications and safety in mind. However, this does not guarantee that our products will not cause injury, or will pass armor inspections at individual events. ELAD'S © terms and prices may be subject to change, at any time, without notice. If you present us with someone else's image or artwork for custom armor, we can only do our artistic interpretation of that work, loosely based on, but not a replica of the copyrighted work. If you have original images or artwork of your own, we will do our best to meet your exact specifications.
